Treat-Eezi seat overlay 

The Treat-Eezi seat overlay is a smaller version of the mattress topper and it is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with standard 2”, 3” or 4” foam wheelchair cushions. This seat overlay can immediately help to bring areas of increased downward pressure to an acceptable level and it will help to allow continued good blood flow to these areas too. 

Whilst commonly this seat overlay is used on wheelchairs, it can also be placed on top of any other foam-based seat too. So, if you sit down for a long time at work, for example, you can place it on your office chair. You can even use it on your armchair or sofa at home as well. 

Treat-Eezi pillowcase 

It can be easy to overlook your head when you’re protecting areas that may be at risk of developing pressure sores, but it is essential that you think about areas like around the ears which are susceptible to tissue breakdown. Thankfully, the Treat-Eezi pillowcase provides immediate pressure relief on and around the head area. 

This thick double layer pillowcase may be simple but it is highly effective and similarly to the bed overlay, it is incredibly comfortable too. It is designed to fit all standard European pillows and it can even be machine washed, making it incredibly convenient to use. 

Treat-Eezi heel rest 

Another part of the body that is frequently overlooked is the feet and in particular the heels, yet it is paramount to protect these. When you’re laying for long periods of time, your heels come under tremendous force and the tissue is in constant contact with the bed mattress which can cause pressure sores to start to develop. 

The Treat-Eezi heel rest helps in a similar way to other Treat-Eezi products and it is incredibly beneficial to use either at the bottom of your bed or on a wheelchair footrest. This product has even been used by NHS therapists in incubators to protect the skin of newborn babies.
